We offer service and rebuilds for Intend suspension products. To ensure perfect functionality, suspension products need general maintenance from time to time. All services are done in-house by the same people who build our forks.

Suspension Service
Fork Factory Service
This is our regular care recommendation to ensure high performance and longevity. This should be performed at least once a year or more for consistent performance under normal use.
- Disassembly and inspection of all parts
- Environmentally friendly cleaning
- Renewal of lubricants and suspension fluids
- Functional test
- Optional: Seal replacement (+30€)
- Optional: Travelizer air spring (+169€)
Fork Factory Rebuild
Send us your battled and bruised fork and we will rebuild it to the highest level possible and upgrade all internals to most recent specifications. This does only make sense if your fork is 1,5 years or older. It will improve the forks function and make the performance “like new”.
- Upgrade to OPTimized damping (Bladder, new tunes, new adjust needles)
- Disassembly and inspection of all parts
- Environmentally friendly deep cleaning
- Renewal of o-rings, airseals and small parts as necessary
- Renewal of lubricants and suspension fluids
- Functional test
- Optional: Seal replacement (+30€)
- Optional: Travelizer airspring (+169€)
Shock Factory Service
Don’t forget about your Hover Gamechanger Rear Shock! We will check and replace all seals where necessary. Damping and lubrication fluids are also renewed.
- Disassembly and inspection of all parts
- Environmentally friendly deep cleaning
- Renewal of o-rings and small parts as necessary
- Renewal of lubricants and suspension fluids
- Functional test
- Optional: Travel change (+10€)
- Optional: Re-Shim (+20€)

Steerer Tube Replacement
You bought a new bike but now your steerer is too short? We’ve got you covered. Available in 2 variants: Stiffler and Stiffler Hard.
Re-Shim
Got a used Hover or a new frame with different kinematics? We’ll help you out. Remember, the first re-shim after purchasing a Hover Gamechanger is free!
Travel Change
Send us your fork and/or shock for a travel change.
Lower Leg Replacement
You managed to scratch your lower legs? Luckily replacing that is pretty easy and fairly affordable – especially on USD – Intend forks.
